Make some space to reclaim your peace. Join Youth Services Librarian and Hatha Yoga Teacher, MG, for gentle yoga practice to prepare your body and mind for silent meditation. Never done this before? Perfect! A beginner's mind is a gift. A few tips: arrive ten minutes early, wear comfortable clothes, bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
